The Oversight Service Initiative (OSI) is dedicated to the creation and maintenance of a more orderly and harmonious world. This is done by ensuring the mindset, culture, and behaviors of members of a community or institution follow the precepts of the OSI through its many hired Overseer personnel. The precepts are to be promoted and enforced, and they are as follows:
Social Disorders, described by the OSI, consists of cultural and behavioral notions that may increase the likelihood of crime, vices, or general impropriety. The greater increase of public vigilance for such social orders is a necessary mandate.
The OSI wishes to ensure that all elements of a community are as best behaved as possible. Behaviors that tend towards Pro-Social actions and general lawfullness is the goal for all members of society. The Initiative must be able to influence education in this regard.
To ensure the OSI's mission is properly fulfilled, it must have a constant presence in all notable instiutions of society so it may promote its vision, starting with public institutions. The OSI requires public revenue and regulatory powers to ensure this mission is properly pursued.
