Overseer Personnel

At the center of the Oversight Service Initiative (OSI) are the Overseer Personnel. These are individuals hired by the OSI to perform its various oversight and advocacy roles who are assigned to work in any location or institution where their presence is deemed of importance. Overseers are independently contracted and work generally autonomously from the OSI's Board of Directors, the nature of their work varies depending on their specific assignment. Overseers may subcontract and hire assistants from their own funds if necessary to fulfill these assignments. These are the various assignments of an Overseer:

Oversight Assignments

An OSI Overseer may be assigned to a local government or perhaps a private instituion where it ensures that the internal culture, regulations, and mindset of said instituion conforms to the mission values of the Initiative.

Advocacy Assignments

The Overseer joins the OSI's expansion mission to lobby and advocate for its values and growth towards other governmental and community instituions or to the general public itself.

Vigilance Assignments

The Overseer, in these assignments, publicly promote vigilance in the community for social disorders like crime and generally impropriety. In these roles, the Overseer performs outreach to the community to propagate the Initiative's values.
