Recruitment Process

The Oversight Service Initiative (OSI) has a recruitment process in order for it to fulfill its mission and grow its Overseer Personnel to perform their various functions. The payment of an Overseer varies depending on the amount of work they do and the nature of their specific assignment. The recruitment steps are as follows:

Examination Step

Using the contact form below, prospective Overseers will contact the Oversight Service Initiative (OSI) directly for further communications to inquire for openings. The Initiative is looking for applications that follow its values and may seem to be a good fit; further communications with the applicant and OSI leadership proceeds from here.

Contribution Step

Applicants must assist the OSI by donating to it regularly, the funds will be use to advance its mission, especially in the influencing of public instituions to provide the Initiative more funds and influence. The OSI will provide regular updates to its contributors of its workings.

Hiring Step

When sufficient amount of funds has been obtained, the OSI will hire one of the applicants to be full-time Overseers to work for the propagation and promotion of the Initiative's mission.
